Update- Brendan Taylor Gone!!!

What a funny game of Cricket? Just when Brendan Taylor, the captain, he gave his wicket away by lifting the ball to the on field fielder.

73/1 In 7 Overs!!

It seems that the early wicket of Vusi Sibanda didn`t Zimbabwe at all. Brendan Taylor and Hamilton Madzakadza put up their own show!

Update- Captain Mushfiq Looks Fantastic!!!

Tigers` skipper, Mushfiqur Rahim, looks finer than ever. He has been appealing any close ball for wickets and encouraging his bowlers. The early fallout of the dangerous Vusi Sibanda rejoices him early in the game. He has been rotating his bowlers Shakib, Ghazi, and Razzak. He was been looking happy after resignation of Captaincy. Surely he is a really emotional character!!!

Review- C`mon Skipper, You Really Don`t Wanna Do This!

Bangladesh Captain, Mushfiqur Rahim, fell with emotions about his captaincy issues. Th captain blamed himself for the disappointing ODI series loss. He said, '' "I will be stepping down as captain after the last two [Twenty20] matches. I believe that I couldn't lead my team, and I didn't score enough runs. That is why I think we lost the ODI series." He was asked if there was a problem within the team but, instead of replying, walked out of the room.

Recently, BCB chairman Nazmul Hossain, had a chat with the captain. "Mushfiqur couldn't speak properly when I called him," Nazmul said. "He was probably choking back tears. He just told me that he can't give proper leadership, and that there were issues with teamwork. We will investigate all of this when the team returns.'' "But it wasn't smart to give up the captaincy while on tour. We will find out upon his return why he quit so suddenly. We need to find out what compelled him to take this decision, if there were any instigating factors. If we find anyone guilty of hampering our team's progress in any way, we will definitely take action."

BCB says that they will investigate the resignation of Mushfiqur Rahim as Captain, whenever they come back.

In my view, Mushfiq is the best choice for captain and I`m gonna back him up whatever BCB does. Send me your views!!

: Bangladesh's Shakib Al Hasan has been fined 75 per cent of his match fee after pleading guilty to a Level 2 breach of the ICC Code of Conduct during Zimbabwe's victory in the second One-day International at Bulawayo on Sunday.

Bangladesh's Shakib Al Hasan fined for serious dissent

Shakib was found to have breached Article 2.2.1 of the ICC Code of Conduct for Players and Player Support Personnel which relates to "showing serious dissent at an Umpire's decision during an International Match".

On Monday morning, the all-rounder admitted the offence and accepted the proposed sanction offered to him by Chris Broad of the Emirates Elite Panel of ICC Match Referees. As such, there was no need for a formal hearing.

The charge related to an incident in the 31st over of Bangladesh's innings when Shakib, after being given out lbw off Prosper Utseya, expressed his displeasure by smashing his bat into his pad and in the process nearly hit Zimbabwe wicketkeeper Brendan Taylor, before leaving the crease.

Explaining his decision, Mr Broad said: "This type of a reaction from a senior player and a former captain is unacceptable. When the umpire's finger goes up, the batsman must leave the crease without showing his emotions regardless of what he thinks of the decision."

The charge had been laid by the on-field umpires Owen Chirombe and Johan Cloete, third umpire Jeremiah Matibiri and fourth umpire Russell Tiffin.

All Level 2 breaches carry a penalty of between 50 per cent and 100 per cent of a player's match fee and/or up to two suspension points.

Mushfiqur Resigns as Captain!!!

Tigers` skipper, Mushfiqur Rahman, seems not to handle the pressure after yesterday`s loss(8-5-2013). He announced his retirement of captain after the 2 t20s against Zimbabwe.

He said this after yesterday`s loss, "I just have one thing to add before we finish," he said in an emotionally charged voice. "I will be stepping down as captain after the last two [Twenty20] matches. I believe that I couldn't lead my team, and I didn't score enough runs. That is why I think we lost the ODI series."

Zimbabwe trashed The Tigers, Winning The Series!!

Vusi Sibanda responses with a century not out, taking Zimbabwe to a win by 7 wickets(17 balls remaining). This also locks them the series win by 2-1. It was an embarrassing loss to the Tigers.

Bangladesh was never in the game in the 2nd innings. This is why the Zimbabwean top order was enough for the job. This is one the lamest loss by Bangladesh, especially against a lower-ranked team: Zimbabwe.
Vusi Sibanda was Man of the Series and Man of the Match.

Mahmudullah Responses For Bangladesh in Batting, Nasir Shines Again!!!

Mahmud gets a fifty and is taking Bangladesh to a competetive score. Earlier, Nasir played a innings of 63. Will this be enough to bring the series in the favour of the Tiger in this deciding 'Final'?

Bangladesh Collapsing!!!
